How much does it cost to get a lost or stolen permit to be towed?

If a reported lost/stolen permit is found on a vehicle, the car will be immobilized (booted/towed) and the violator will be charged $150 ($100 use of lost/stolen permit, $50 tow plus any other violations). Permit holders are responsible for citations issued to their permit regardless of vehicle ownership.
