All were regionally accredited except for the computer and penn foster. It is ridiculous at all the assignments they want a person to do. Testing out is a much easier and cheaper options.

You can add Liberty University to the list. While I have not enrolled at Liberty, I was told by their admissions department that Penn Foster courses are accepted. Liberty accepts credits from all RA and NA institutions.

That's a horrible list. Of course other DEAC-accredited schools will accept their credits. Why list them? Even if you do, get the name right. (California Coast college ?) Plus the dicey schools highlighted in the OP's list (KW-U and Madison). Yeesh.
