The UOTeach elementary program partners with the UO undergraduate program Educational Foundations to provide undergraduate Educational Foundations (EdF) majors with the opportunity to jump start their licensure program. Undergraduate EdF majors are able to attain credit for three of the UOTeach courses during their undergraduate program.

UOTeach partners with the Sapsik'ʷałá Education program to help prepare students with the knowledge and teaching skills to serve American Indians and Alaskan Natives (AI/AN) in ways that promote Indigenous self-determination through education. The Sapsik'ʷałá Program is guided by a Tribal Advisory Council with representatives from the nine federally recognized sovereign Indian nations of Oregon to deliver a pathway for indigenous people to become teachers within their communities.
Halli Roussell is a remarkable UOTeach teacher who is working to bring about the changes that are needed to support the learning of all students. As an undergraduate biology major, Halli volunteered as a counselor at the UO SPICE Camp, a program designed to engage girls in exploring the sciences. She was awarded an ESPRIT Noyce Scholarship to support her senior year studies and graduate year in the UOTeach teacher education program. During her first year of teaching at Lincoln Middle School, Halli designed challenging science investigations for her students and supported her colleagues in selecting and implementing a new science curriculum. For her impressive accomplishments, the Oregon Science Teacher Association awarded Halli the Early Career Award! In addition at the annual Science and Mathematics Education Noyce Conference hosted by the National Science Foundation, Halli was an invited panelist. She thoughtfully shared her insights into the challenges that science teachers face when developing culturally responsive curriculum and helping girls and students from underrepresented groups navigate the social and cultural obstacles that disrupt their efforts when studying the sciences.

Beginning Fall 2007-Summer 2019, the University of Oregon implemented a numerical online student feedback survey called Course Evaluation.
During the academic year students in courses with 5 or more students are invited to complete a M-SES and E-SES (not including overseas or individualized study courses). Summer differs because courses begin and end on over 200 different schedules.
Students are notified via their UO email when the online system opens and are sent reminders during the survey period. You must have a UO email account set up or you will not receive these reminder emails.
M-SES feedback is available to instructors at noon on the Monday after the survey closes; Monday of week 8 (law semester) and week 5 (term).
