Canvas enables you to Import content from one Canvas course to another when you want to use or repurpose previously created content, including Course settings, Syllabus, Assignments, Modules, Files, Pages, and Discussions. When Importing, you can also adust the dates of Events and Assigments to match the course you Importing into.
Go to Settings in the Canvas course and click the Import Course Content button on the right Choose Blackboard 6/7/8/9 from the Content Type dropdown menu Locate the export.zip file on your computer Specify All content in the Content area of the page

QTI is the common file format for quizzes in some LMSs, especially Blackboard and Canvas. Create a QTI .zip file by exporting your quiz out of the previous LMS. It's this .zip that will be imported into the Canvas course.
