If you're specifying courses for a particular school, at their request, to meet their prerequisites, then you need to follow the instructions per that program. It varies -- some want all the classes; some want only the specific one (s) you want considered as fulfilling their pre-req.

I, personally, included every class possible that met each specific requirement. Even if I repeated it at another institution with a better score. I don't know if it matters, but I was too excited to be done with the entire process. I felt like including everything just seemed more honest.
