Why Car Seat Safety?

Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone today announced the Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violation Agency is partnering with the National Safety Council (NSC) to offer the 1-hour Car Seat Basics e-learning. This e-learning, helps parents learn how to properly use their child’s car seat.

How long is the Car Seat Basics course?

This e-learning takes approximately 60 minutes to complete. Participants have the option to complete the entire training or a section on a specific stage.

What do I need to join the course?

Please ensure that you have your driving licence readily available. The easiest way to verify your identity is for you to show the trainer your photocard licence. If your licence does not include a photograph you will need to provide additional photographic evidence, such as a passport, or suitable alternative.

Can I have someone with me to help with the technology?
