All students who participate in academic programs, including OnRamps students, are expected to keep full integrity and a high standard of individual honor in their academic work.

If you receive high-school accommodations related to a disability under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act or Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, you may also receive certain accommodations in your OnRamps course.

Eligibility

Eligibility refers to whether you have met the criteria to be eligible for the opportunity to earn college credit. There are two eligibility statuses: eligible and ineligible. Students with eligible status met criteria to be eligible for the opportunity to earn college credit.

Credit Type

Credit type refers to the type of college credit that eligible students may earn in an OnRamps course, such as pass/fail or letter grade. For the 2019-2020 academic year and beyond, UT Austin OnRamps students may only earn credit with a letter grade credit type.

Final Grade

Final grade refers to the final letter grade that you earned in the college course. It is displayed on the Current Enrollments web page.

Credit Status

For each UT Austin OnRamps course you complete, you are automatically assigned a credit status of Accepted, Declined, or No Credit, based on your final grade, as shown in the table below. If you earned credit, you have the option to change your credit status during the credit decision Period for the course.

Transcript

The Transcript column on the Current Enrollments web page shows what will appear on your UT Austin transcript for each OnRamps course in which you are enrolled.
