Residential 7-day Courses

Fly to Seville airport the evening before and fly back home the evening of the last day, your ground training starts 9 am.

For students living in Spain

If you cannot stay for a full week, please try and make two or three consecutive weekends available. The best way to progress is to complete the jumps as close together as possible. If you leave large spaces of time between levels you may find you have to undergo retraining (at an additional cost) and repeat the previous levels.

How long is the AFF course?

Given good weather, the course can sometimes be completed in as little as three days. After graduating from the course, you perform a further ten consolidation jumps, guided by your instructors, to practise the skills you have learned. You will then be awarded ‘Category Eight’ – your first International Skydiving Licence!

Do you need a medical certificate to skydive?

A self-declaration medical certificate is required, however, regardless of age, you do not need to get a medical form signed by a doctor to take part in an AFF skydive. If you have doubts about your fitness to do a AFF jump, please discuss this with your doctor. They should read this form before giving the advice.

AFF Course Explained

The first step in the License program is called the Accelerated FreeFall “AFF” Program. This student training includes a four-six hour ground training class and a minimum of seven jumps with certified USPA (United States Parachute Association) trained instructors and gear.

Earning Your Skydiving License

With AFF under your belt, the next step to jumping without supervision at any dropzone in the world is earning your “A” license sanctioned by the USPA. To become a licensed skydiver, you must complete 25 skydives. Your initial tandem and your seven AFF jumps count toward your total.
