Incomplete Grades and Repeat Policy Students will be prevented from enrolling in a course where the grade previously earned is a C or better (or Credit), or an “I” grade that has not lapsed. Students may repeat a maximum of 16 units for grade forgiveness.

A student may receive financial aid to retake a previously passed course, one time. For this purpose, passed means any grade higher than an “F”. Otherwise, a course may be repeated until a passing grade of D- or higher has been received.
