I didn't test it at this level, but at 99 you also stop failing ardy guards with the diary as well, but I assume you would stop failing them at 95. I don't have the hard diary done yet so I can't speak for guards/other npcs outside of ardy.

The Dorgesh-Kaan agility course offers a similar experience rate to the Ardougne course; however, the latter is preferred because it does not require energy potions to train there. This is due to the energy restoration that happens between obstacles, which does not happen at the non-rooftop courses.
In addition, the course is easier to complete as it requires less concentration. Being the last rooftop course, it has a very high chance of spawning marks of grace, as well as having the highest experience rate per hour.
The Werewolf Agility Course offers the second fastest experience from level 60 to 99 . This method is only recommended for accounts that cannot access Darkmeyer, as this method is relatively high-effort and offers worse rates than the Hallowed Sepulchre. While this course can offer slightly faster experience than the Seers' Village Rooftop Course up to level 72, the Seers' course is much easier and most players are likely to gain faster experience there.
One lap of the Falador Rooftop Course takes roughly one minute , and has a maximum hourly experience rate approximately 26.4k xp/hour, whereas the average rate of xp would lie between 20.5k - 22k xp/hour, depending on agility levels, as higher agility means failing obstacles less.
It is recommended to boost the Agility level by using summer pies or agility potions to train on a higher-level course earlier than it is available. Low-level players are advised to bring food to heal themselves.
The drop rate of marks on any rooftop course will significantly decrease (by 80% ) when you reach 20 Agility levels higher than the requirement of that rooftop course. Any boost to the drop rate, such as the reward for completion of the Hard Kandarin Diary, is applied after the 80% reduction.
Agility training involves a lot of point-clicking and it can take a lot of focus to maximise experience gain. Higher Agility level increases one's ability to regenerate run energy and grants access to various shortcuts. Players should always run and use stamina potions if necessary in order to maximise experience rates.
The Hallowed Sepulchre offers the fastest experience from level 52 onwards. This method is a lot harder compared to other training methods, and it requires good concentration and timing. The activity becomes highly profitable at level 92, as this allows players to loot the Grand Hallowed Coffin on the final floor, where the ring of endurance can be obtained.
Training on this course yields up to 13,200 experience per hour, each lap yielding 238 experience. It will take 99 laps to get from level 30 to 40, including fails.

A known bug with a Knight of Ardougne occurs when two people fail to pickpocket at the same time. Doing so will result in the knight temporarily disappearing, or "flickering", for 1–2 seconds. Contrary to some players' misbelief, the flickering is not caused by players wielding weapons while pickpocketing.
The Knights of Ardougne are found in the East Ardougne market place. One is also found in the courtyard of the East Ardougne Castle. Most are found attempting to chase away thieves. They will protect all stalls from the silk stall and up by attacking players that they observe stealing from them.

The fastest method for training early levels is to steal from the chests in the Thieving room inside the Chambers of Xeric. There are no requirements for this, but a stamina or super energy potion could come in handy and having a lockpick in your inventory will allow you to open chests faster. To begin, scout until you find a raid with the Thieving room first, begin the raid, proceed to the thieving room, and steal from the chests. Each time you find a cavern grub in one of the chests you gain 40 experience. Some chests will damage you slightly when opening them, they will do this every time so avoid them once you locate them. Be sure to drop or bank your grubs when needed rather than depositing them into the trough, as you can no longer gain experience this way once the room is complete. Players can can gain over 21,000 experience per hour with a lockpick in their inventory.
Levels 1–5: Men/Women. From level 1 to 5, the only viable option is to pickpocket men or women around RuneScape. Players who have their respawn point in Lumbridge do not need food for this, as they can pickpocket men/women around the Lumbridge Castle and simply let them kill you.
Stealing artefacts in Port Piscarilius offers the fastest experience from level 49 to 65. This method remains as a viable alternative past level 65 for players who prefer something less click-intensive, or for players who want to train Thieving while doing actions that can be done while moving, such as burning logs or fletching ammo.
However, if the gloves of silence currently being used do fall apart, then any other pairs that the player owns are reset to the "new" condition. The condition of the gloves is only relevant to the player owning them, and is not a property of the gloves themselves.
While wearing components of the rogue equipment, there is a chance of pickpocketing twice the loot from an NPC, with the full set guaranteeing double loot. Experience drops remain unaffected, however.
