Ivy Tech Community College Fort Wayne does not require high school/high school equivalency transcripts for most students. You may need to submit an official high school transcript or official high school equivalency transcript if you are applying to a selective program such as nursing, respiratory care, or paramedic.

You may select multiple Ivy Tech campuses, but if the IUPUI student plans to use the Passport Financial Assistance Agreement, be sure select a Indianapolis Service Area Location. If you select a course that is not in the Ivy Tech Indianapolis Service Area region, the Passport Financial Assistance Agreement Form cannot be utilized.
If the student is having difficulty accessing their ‘My Ivy’ account, the student can contact Parchment Exchange (the online transcript request system) at the Ivy Tech Registrar Office. Select the "Click here to request your transcript" hyperlink to be redirected to the Parchment Exchange form.
IUPUI students must enroll in a minimum of three (3) credits at IUPUI and Ivy Tech to qualify for the Passport Financial Assistance Agreement.
The Passport Financial Assistance Agreement is a coordinated effort between Ivy Tech Community College-Indianapolis Service Area and IUPUI that allows enrollment at both institutions to be considered for financial aid purposes. When a student has completed their Ivy Tech guest course (s), they must request an official transcript from Ivy Tech to IUPUI for a fee of $5 to ensure the credit hours transfer to IUPUI.
NOTE: Students must receive a minimum grade of "C" or above unless a higher grade is needed as noted by a student's IUPUI academic advisor, for the Ivy Tech course to transfer to IUPUI and apply toward the student’s IUPUI major.
The letter may be submitted in person to Ivy Tech’s Express Enrollment Services on the first floor of the NMC building at 50 W. Fall Creek Parkway, North Drive. Or, it may also be submitted to indy-finaid@ivytech.edu.
The homework allows five submissions, question parts can be submitted individually, keeps a student’s LAST answer and students can save their answers without using a submission. You will also have access to available hints and tutorials when available.
If your score on the final exam [in percent form] is better than your lowest unit test score, then your lowest test score will be subtracted from your final exam percentage, and this value will be added to your test replacement score (only if the difference is positive in your favor).
There will be four in-class quizzes administered at the midpoint of each unit, and each will be worth 20 points. Students will be required to show all relevant work based on the lessons taught up to that point. If you miss a quiz administration, you cannot make up the quiz – one quiz score will be dropped at the end of the semester.
When students are allowed use of a calculator in the course, only a handheld non-programmable scientific calculator may be used. It is important that you bring your calculator to every class session to learn how to use it in the context of the course materials. Graphing calculators, cell phones, or other electronic or internet enabled devices are not allowed. It is the student’s responsibility to make sure their calculator complies with these requirements. (Failure to come to class prepared with an appropriate calculator may result in the student completing that class’s work by hand.)
All students must take the whole final exam to pass the course.
The final exam is required for all Ivy Tech math courses. If you do not take the final exam, you will receive a final grade of FW. You may contact your instructor if you wish to see your final exam, but final exams will not be returned to students.
