To get these guys, I did 1 normal course and two talent courses for each of them. Keep in mind of how many talent shards you have so you don't have too much or too little. You should get level 99 on them as well.
For every type of character I find it best to go into normal and talent course once each and for the 3rd course either don't switch at all or select a course that suits you.
It's often better to focus on very few skills and max those out instead of spreading the fragments. The last lvlup for a skill gives an extra boost and also increases the cost of the skill if it's an active. E.g. at lvl10 the heal becomes a group heal, ressurect becomes group ressurect etc. Of course if you're with U-rarity cards, the optimum is all 5 skills at lvl10.
