Then I do a Restore, and at one point you can give it the Course Category, and a new name. Restoring a course can take a little while, so be patient.

Moodle does not provide a tool for duplicating an entire section, but you can use the Mass Actions tool to duplicate all (or selected) items into a new empty section.
You can copy all the content or select individual items from the other courses you teach. On the Course Content page, select the plus sign to open the menu and select Copy Content. Or, open the menu on the right side above the content list. Select Copy Content.
