To get the Pturretdactyl Achievement / Trophy, go to Chapter 2, Chamber 6 and push the button. One of the pieces of trash that falls out of the chute is a defective turret. Pick it up and portal to the beginning of the level, launch it off the Faith Plate for the Achievement / Trophy.Apr 8, 2012

Before the test starts, GLaDOS reveals her surprise: an empty room with confetti. GLaDOS attempts to "cheer up" Chell that her parents never wanted to see her. This test uses Lasers and Bridges. A turret must be destroyed with the laser, which is then used to open the exit door which is accessed with the Bridge.

There are certain parts of the game which can be scary for example there is one easter egg where if you find this secret room you hear creepy cackles and... thats it just that. there are plenty of things like this if you look hard enough but if your kids can handle this type of stuff i think they will be fine.
Development. After the success of Portal 2, the writers announced in an interview that Portal 3 is under development. The stories for single-player and co-operative campaigns is soon to be announced.
Portal 2 is in all aspects a bigger fuller and more comprehensive game with more variety, diversity, characters, laughs, gameplay mechanics, multiplayer and level editor. But nothing will ever beat the simplicity, originality of Portal 1. I'd say Portal 2 is better as a GAME, but Portal 1 is better as a WORK OF ART.Aug 7, 2013

The chamber consists of three floors; door leading to the disassebly area on the first floor, infinity flinging area on the second floor, pool of Goo and Edgeless Safety Cube on the third floor.
Walk to the area behind the button and look at the ceiling. Run up the stairs and go through the Grill. Place your portal on the wall near you and put shoot the other portal over the ledge where you came from. Then take the ball from your partner and go through the portal and place the ball on the receptacle.
