The Graceful outfit can only be bought with marks of grace, which can only be obtained by running laps on Rooftop Agility Courses. Buying the entire set takes 260 Marks, which can be obtained as early as level 55~ Agility if the rooftop courses are done, except the Falador course.

Level 85 Agility is a requirement for entering the advanced course. Boosts may be used, but if the player's level falls below 85 they will be unable to access the advanced course. If the player's level falls below 85 after entering the advanced course they will still be able to finish the course.
Teleport to Ardougne and walk from there ( or go to a house and use a portal in a Portal Chamber to teleport to Ardougne and walk from there). Launch a grand seed pod and a Gnome pilot will take you there to the Grand Tree.
However, a "perfect lap" can be completed in as low as 34.2 seconds. This does not include the time it takes to walk from the last obstacle to the log to restart the course, which takes an additional 3.6 seconds. The only obstacle that can be failed on the advanced course is the signpost run.
When swinging in from the middle position, this trick saves about half a second. Normally you walk 2 tiles to get to the barrier. When you click to move first, you walk diagonally 1 step, skipping that extra step.
The second obstacle which can be performed more quickly with an extra click is the pole swing. This is achieved by clicking to run to the middle jump spot (the middle of the 3 possible places you can jump from on the pole swing), then immediately clicking the pole swing.
Implings often pass by near the western side of the course. This offers a way to gain money while training Agility. It appears that the Advanced section of the course is based upon a construction site. Some points to back this theory up is the sign-post that you have to run across.
The Agility Cape is obtained by reaching level 99 Agility, and it acts just like the Graceful cape. Wearing it will also trigger the Graceful outfit effect, just like the Graceful cape.
Once you reach level 90 , it is better to stick to the previously mentioned Ardougne Agility Course, because it is the fastest way to 99 if we are going to take the difficulty into consideration.
This is recommended to be done only after buying the full Graceful outfit. Buying Amylase packs is a good way to make money while training Agility, each pack has 100 Amylase crystals. These Amylase crystals are sold for 1K OSRS gold each and are used for making Stamina potions.
You will stop failing the first Tightrope if you have reached level 85 Agility, and The second Leap Gap will not be failable at level 89 Agility. That means the whole course will be safe starting from level 89 Agility.
There are other Agility courses where you can gain higher experience starting from level 47 Agility, but it is recommended to stay in the Canifis Agility Course until level 60 (rather than 47) for the sake of obtaining the Graceful outfit quickly.

Having a high Agility level while using a low Agility course (compared to your level) is going to reduce the chance of failing an obstacle and sometimes prevent failing any obstacle in the course at all.
