To refresh your Pearson account: Sign in to the Pearson My Account (Account Profile) page. Click the Edit button beside one of the fields for your account.
Select SHOW to see your password as you enter it. Get username and reset password: Select Forgot username or password. You'll receive an email with your username and a link to reset your password for each Pearson account associated with your email address. Reset the password only for the account you want to use.
To update your Pearson+ account information, sign in and go to My account. This is where you can update your profile, manage your subscription, change your password, and update your payment info. Select Update profile to change information like your payment method or email address. Don't forget to select Save before you leave.

Protecting the security of your account is our primary concern. After a series of unsuccessful sign in attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for a period of five (5) minutes. You will also receive an automated email notification each time the account is locked.
If you forgot your username, you may use the Retrieve Username feature on the login page to enter your name, email address, and answer your security questions and the system reminds you what your username is. On the Connect Login page, click the I forgot my username link.

Go to the login page and at the bottom, you'll see a link Forget Password click on that link and you'll be promoted to a new page. A link will be sent to your registered Email from where you can choose your new Password(Make sure to choose a strong password).

After you delete a user account, that user cannot log into the system.
To find a user to restore, select Deleted from the Account Status filter.
