Students must obtain permission from their academic program to repeat a course in which they have earned an unsatisfactory grade.
A grade received in a repeated course will replace a grade in prior takings of the same course in the calculation of the cumulative GPA, even if the more recent grade is lower.
Can I drop my course after the deadline? Students cannot drop any courses after the drop deadline.

Withdrawal usually means the course remains on the transcript with a “W” as a grade. It does not affect the student's GPA (grade point average). Although students may be reluctant to have a “W” on their transcript, sometimes “W” stands for Wisdom.

A: The Third Party Billing Office sends agency bills approximately 10 days after the drop deadline of each semester. If you do not see your agency payment 75 days after the semester start, you should contact us.

A: Electronic bills are generated approximately one month prior to the start of each semester. Reminder bills are not mailed for additional charges or schedule adjustments. Electronic bills are available for review in the Bill+Payment System.
