One thing I'd like to add is the skills that were needed then aren't exactly the same as those needed today. Sure, there are some disciplines that are relatively unchanged, but there are LOTS of areas that didn't exist 30 years ago. A test today would look VASTLY DIFFERENT than a test 30 years ago - and needs to.
