Plans for remote instruction: 1 Concepts will be covered on a weekly basis.The list of topics and in which weeks they will be covered is listed in the course syllabus. 2 Prior to the dates listed in the syllabus, lecture recordings will be posted on the class Canvas site. 3 During the week in which a topic is covered, aside from the pre-recorded lectures, there will be several opportunities for live meetings with both the Teaching Assistants and/or the course instructor, Dr. Villegas. 4 At the beginning of every week (after lecture recordings have been posted), a short quiz graded for effort and completeness will be given to both assess understanding and to inform which topics need to be covered more extensively during live interaction sessions with the teaching staff. 5 The grades in this class will be made up of:#N#92%: 4 equally weighted exams administered via lockdown browser#N#8%: Weekly quizzes to be completed
Exams, Assignments, and Grading Policy: 3 Hourly exams and a non-cumulative final exam.
