Whole forum grading

Select the grading type from Grade drop-down list. You can choose from None, Scale and Point. Selecting Scale or Point will allow you to select a Maximum grade you want to grade out of.

Ratings

The Ratings section provides options to grade Forum replies. Typically instructors, teaching assistants and students can rate discussion posts.

Withdrawal from a Course

Withdrawal without Academic Penalty#N#Generally, up until the last date to drop a course without receiving a grade, students may remove themselves from courses they do not plan to complete using the University online enrolment system.

Withdrawal from a Session

You are considered officially withdrawn from the academic term or session and from the University after you drop your last course via the registration and enrolment system. Your official student record at the University is then annotated to indicate that you have formally discontinued your studies in a given program and academic term or session.

Re-admission after Withdrawal

Normally, students who withdraw from a term or session and who wish to attend a subsequent session may request reactivation through the Registrar's Office. Students who attend another institution without first obtaining a letter of permission, must reapply for admission and supply supporting documentation where necessary.

Tuition Refunds after Withdrawal

Refunds for withdrawal will be based on the University Refund Table, which is available on the Student Financial Services website ( sfs.yorku.ca/refunds/tables ).
