Unfortunately, Coursera cannot provide course Certificates with any more information than they already include. Coursera cannot provide any information or documentation about your course progress, completion, grades, or other information besides the Course Certificate.
A Course Certificate is an official Coursera credential that confirms that you successfully completed a course on Coursera. You can see all the Course Certificates you've earned on your Accomplishments page. From there, you can download, print, or share your Certificates.
Business owners can buy a Coursera membership account for its employees so they can learn new skills. There are two plans available, the Team plan and the Enterprise tier. At $400 per year (for each employee), you’ll get access to over 3,800 courses, mobile apps, certificates upon completion and graded assignments, quizzes and projects.
The main difference is Coursera Enterprise is for larger organizations and has a custom pricing. Whereas Coursera for Teams (5-125 learners) is for teams and smaller organizations and costs $400 a user each year with a 14-day refund guarentee.

You can pay the Course Certificate fee when you enroll in the course. If you are looking at course materials for free using the audit option, you can pay to upgrade to the Certificate option any time.
If you take a course in audit mode, you can upgrade to a paid Certificate at any time during or after your audit.
After you pay the Course Certificate fee, you either have 180 days after you pay, or 180 days after the course launches for the first time (whichever is longer), to earn your Certificate.
