What is the FILP programme?

The programme which focusses on leadership behaviours, confidence and creating sustainable change is designed to support leaders who will carry the industry into a new era. FILP is a 6 month programme consisting of a number of elements.

Can I get a bursary for the FILP programme?

This price can be offered to attendees of the Programme as it has been funded by Scottish Enterprise, ONE & OGA. Bursaries towards the cost of FILP are available to SME’s.
