The Manager Safety Course and the Supervisor Safety Course will continue to be available in ALMS until the end of FY21. Either CSC or LSC is required to be completed prior to assuming the first command and for the Company Commander First Sergeant Pre-Command Course (CCFSPCC).
To launch courses on the ALMS, you must expand the course to the point that the launch button shows to the right hand side. Please follow these instructions to launch your course: At the top of the page, change the "Sort By" to "Registration Date" and click "Go"
"By training on one system, Soldiers will develop an understanding of the ALMS and will not be required to stumble through learning a new system every time there is a training requirement," Mizzell said. "After the migration is complete, Soldiers and commanders should experience less frustration and a higher online training success rate."
While the migration process has begun at the Safety Center, a handful of courses will remain on the old CRUII system, at least for the immediate future while technicians work through some technical migration issues, Mizzell said. The 15 courses that have already migrated to ALMS are: Aca,!Ac Manager's Safety Course.

What is with this new crop of lower enlisted soldiers? I've been at my new unit only for 4 or 5 months and from day one I've never seen anything like what I see here on a daily basis.

LSC replaces the Commanders Safety Course (CSC), the Manager Safety Course and the Supervisor Safety Course and opened for enrollment in ATRRS beginning 1 October 2020. The LSC provides commanders and leaders the tools to manage a unit Safety and Occupational Health (SOH) program and to incorporate Risk Management (RM) into all unit planning and activities.
