D’Antuono joined the FBI as a forensic accountant in 1996 and was assigned to the Providence, R.I. office.
Steven M. D’Antuono, who was named chief of the Detroit FBI office a year ago, has been promoted to head the Washington Field Office, a coveted post in the bureau. FBI Director Christopher Wray made the announcement Tuesday, just several days after D'Antuono's agents and state police busted up a plot to abduct Gov. Gretechen Whitmer.
D’Antuono joined the FBI as a forensic accountant in 1996 and was assigned to the Providence, R.I. office. In 1998, he became a special agent. His replacement in Detroit has not been announced.
The curator ad litem’s report should then be submitted to the Master of the High Court. The Master shall, as far as he is able, comment upon the patient’s means and general circumstances and either accept and / or refuse the findings or recommendations of the curator ad litem.
Regardless of the grounds upon which an interested party require the appointment as a curator, the High Court or Magistrate’s Court, may be approached by such a party for the appointment of a curator.
Should a curator be appointed by the High Court, the curator is vested with the utmost trust, therefore the curator must not abuse his/her position and act with the greatest of care in attending to the interest of the patient, it would therefore be advisable that the curator remains as independent from the applicant as possible , as to ensure the protection of the patient`s rights.
