At the personal level, participants work through reflection activities contained in canvas modules to define who they are, what they value most in life, and who they want to become.

2. Experiential Lab

Thomas Jefferson said, “what we learn to do, we learn by doing.” Each week, all 7 Habits Journey participants meet together to learn and practice the 7 Habits through experiential exercises. These exercises help equip students with the tools and habits for success.

3. Habit Groups

The third component of the 7 Habits Journey is weekly small group meetings in “Habit Groups." Led by a facilitator, these groups offer a safe space for students to discuss their successes and failures in applying the 7 Habits.

Each class meets on Monday at 4:30PM for the Experiential Lab and one other day throughout the week with their Habit Group.
