This course is designed to show faculty, instructors and organizational leadership how to create a course on edX. The course will cover the strategy behind getting the word out about a course, creating course content that is interactive, engaging, and accessible, and delivering a finished course.
To create and run a course, you can either create an entirely new course in Studio, or you can re-run an existing course.
To publish a course on edx.org, you must have an agreement with edX and specific approval from your organization. Courses on edx.org are publicly listed in the edX course catalog and are open to learners from around the world.
After you enroll in a course from the edX course catalog, the course is listed on your dashboard at edx.org. You will find the start date below the course name. To begin click View Course.
