You can access the electronic system through Canvas. Once you've logged into a course Canvas, you will see a link labeled “Course and Instructor Evaluations” on the left menu bar. This link will take you directly to the EvaluationKIT website where a list of your current courses.

Remind students that the instructor does not have access to the evaluations until after grades have been submitted and that all forms are completely anonymous. Instructors may email students without the students' identity being revealed to remind them to complete the evaluations.

Log into Brightspace, and you will be prompted to complete any course evaluations that are currently available. If you close out the prompt in Brightspace or it does not appear, click the link in the bottom left of you Brightspace in the "My Surveys" module to evaluate your courses.

At FSU, student feedback matters. Faculty and administrators rely on feedback to improve courses, programs, and teaching methods. During a pre-defined window, instructors are free to customize the electronic version of the SPCI by adding questions specific to their course. If the course status says " Closed " then you are no longer able to evaluate it. The Help Desk, nor the instructor, can reopen the evaluation to you. Be sure to click Submit your Evaluation to save and submit your evaluation. To clear all responses, click Reset the Evaluation. You will be returned back to the menu.
