It is a fairly short agility course and can be found in the Bandos' throne room. You need a mithril grapple and a crossbow to complete the course. It requires level 60 Agility to use.
While doing the Agility Course, if you're at the north ledge, north of there you can see what appears to be the throne room you see as Zanik during the Chosen commander quest (you can even click on "Grapple spear" though there is no response), east of the agility throne room you can see the caved-in cave from the same quest, and south of there you can see the non-caved-in cave.
Players can return to the throne room after the Chosen Commander by one of two ways: Teleporting with a Bandos throne room sphere made by Oldak from two law runes and one piece of molten glass. Using the fairy ring code BLQ to go to Yu'biusk and opening the strange box to be teleported into the throne room.
Level 60 Agility, Ranged and Strength along with a mithril grapple and a crossbow ( Zanik's crossbow is advised since it has weight 0 kg) are required for the course. The route is the same that Zanik took in the quest.

A lap around this course takes around 30 seconds if no failures occur, making it quick to get several laps in per minute. One could see around 40-45k experience per hour if working at a good pace.
They have several relatively worthwhile drops: gems from sapphire to diamond are all common drops, Mystic earth staves are sometimes dropped, and the Granite mace is only an "uncommon" drop - expect to see about 2-4 in a full inventory after a trip. Very rarely, a Superior ancient mace can drop as well, which is worth quite a bit more than the basic Granite mace.
A new exploit today is running rampant at the duel arena and its not something you can check for before you go into the fight, as you can see in the top left, a player somehow manages to spam the customisation interface, which in turn totally negates the hit of the opposition, letting the exploiter get first hit every time. The "known stakers" have all stopped risking fights due to this and it needs looking into further ASAP!...
Nothing is a bigger turn off from a new boss release than the worry that you can get completely fucked over cause of a poorly designed mechanic that can proc in death's office and cause you to lose literally everything you have on you.
Magister has required a ton of keys over the years, too many for any normal player to obtain. Jagex doesn't want to artificially add magister keys into the game. And because of spaghetti code, they can't change the drop rate of them. So Jagex put a secret PC at it's headquarters to run hundreds of bots to farm keys for us.
