Permission Numbers are only available when web registration is open. Students may request permission numbers at the Permission Number Request site by logging in with their myHighline username and password. A variety of student support services including enrollment, financial aid, advising, TRiO, cashiering and career services are available to students on campus during winter quarter.
Approximately 50% of classes offered winter quarter include some form of on-campus learning. Some classes will meet fully in person on campus, while others will be hybrid and meet one or two days on campus with the remainder on Zoom or online/asynchronous. View winter class schedule.

The refund policy is in the college catalog. The amount of refund depends on the date you drop or withdraw. If it is after the 40% refund deadline, no refund is issued. To request an exception, you can submit a registration petition for an exception to policy. Exceptions will only be approved under certain conditions.
