The Draynor Village Rooftop Agility Course is available to players with 10 Agility. It can be started by climbing the Rough Wall next to the wheat field north of Draynor's bank and is finished by climbing down a crate off of Ned's house.
There are nine courses in total, each requiring 10 more Agility levels than the last. The agility requirement is boostable.
The Al Kharid Rooftop Agility Course is available to players with an Agility level of 20 or over. It can be started by climbing the Rough Wall on the north side of Ellis the Tanner's building and is finished by jumping off a building east of the scimitar shop.
Canifis Rooftop Course has the greatest chance at spawning marks for players between level 40 to 59 Agility, due to laps being very quick to finish, giving less of a delay for spawning the next mark when it's available and not having to require stamina potions.
This is the best experience per hour out of any Agility course up to level 90. If this course is started at level 60, it would take 814 complete laps to reach level 70. A perfect lap takes exactly 45 seconds, meaning that at maximum efficiency, the maximum amount of experience gained is 45,600 per hour.
Players can gain up to around 50,000 experience per hour at level 60, increasing to around 54,000–55,000 experience per hour at level 70. Players stop failing this course at level 79, at which point is possible to gain up to 56,700 experience per hour.

A tip while doing rooftop agility is to wear a regen bracelet and/or hitpoints cape if you are at, or near, the minimum level required to access the rooftop course, as they increase the rate of hitpoint regeneration following obstacle failures.
Although the spawning of marks on the rooftop courses is randomly timed, the positions are consistent within each course:
The agility requirement is boostable. Rooftop courses differ from other Agility courses in that they spawn Marks of grace. Also, passing an obstacle on a rooftop course actively restores 1–2% run energy, meaning it is typically possible to run around rooftop courses continually.
