One of the schools that I facilitate for doesn't allow a refund after you log into the course for the first time. I work for GCU but I'm not as familiar with the process.

Is that because of GCU, or is it because of federal financial aid regulations?

so are you sure it's not a matter of "you have to pay" but rather that you "still owe" part of the course cost? Based on FJD's post, it looks like you would only be entitled to a refund of 75% (or still owe 25% if you hadn't paid already).

Thank you all for your kind assistance. I communicated with an "enrollment manager" at Grand Canyon University. I am not entitled to any sort of refund because Week 1 began on October 29th. According to Grand Canyon University, this is now Week 2 (which began on November 1st).
