Upon completion of the approved Remedial Course, the Board office will only accept an electronically submitted letter of verification on the provider’s official letterhead. The letter must bear the remedial course director’s original signature as proof of authenticity.
Applicants who do not hold an active license, have not practiced in the past five years, and are applying for licensure by endorsement based on having previously passed the State Board Test Pool Examination (SBTPE) or the NCLEX, will require a letter of authorization to complete the clinical component of the remedial course.
