Biblical inspiration is the doctrine in Christian theology that the human writers and canonizers of the Bible were led by God with the result that their writings may be designated in some sense the word of God.
2Tim. 3 Verses 16 to 17 [16] All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: [17] That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
“All Scripture.” Therefore, the Bible does not merely 'contain' God's Word, but it all 'is' God's Word! If the Bible merely 'contained' the Word of God, then that would mean that some small portion of the Bible was 'not' the Word of God.Jan 18, 2017
