I would recommend technical writing essentials: it consists of 5 projects. 1) “research” paper which is based off interviewing 2 professionals in a field of your choice 2) resume/ cv 3) instructions project (make a video/ppt about anything u like-ex: how to surf) 4) group project (the most tedious of them all, but not too bad) 5) reflection—1 pg “paper” on the other 4 projects …
