The good news is many states have reciprocal licensing agreements with each other. That means you may not have to go through ALL of the pre-licensing classes that were required for your first license. It is important to know the difference in licensing laws in the different states, so they will usually require you to pass the state portion of their real estate exam (assuming you’ve already passed the national portion of the real estate exam with your initial licensing classes).
