High school graduates and transfer students do not complete the SRAR. Students should obtain a copy of their high school transcript from their school counselor and use the transcript as a reference when completing the SRAR. The SRAR must include all courses and final grades earned from grades 9 through 11, as well as grade 12 courses in progress.
You should report all courses exactly as they are listed on your transcript. You will use the Course Level field on the SRAR to indicate the course was dual credit/enrollment. Do not enter the college courses (i.e. English 1301) on SRAR if it is not present on your transcript or anticipated college credit for AP exams.
Under Course Name you may modify the generic course title to exactly what is listed on your transcript. When selecting a Course Level, refer to your high school transcript. Your transcript will indicate the level at which you took the course (i.e. honors, AP, College Prep, etc.)
