Our goal is to make this process as easy as possible. A parent or guardian must email Global School at globalschool@flvs.net within the grace period. The grace period is defined as 14 days active or less than 15% complete, whichever occurs first. Once we receive the notification, we will process a refund less a $75 administrative fee for any active segment (s). If the student is not currently active in a segment and we receive a request for withdrawal, a full refund will be given. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt. The refund will be applied back to the original form of payment. Please realize it can take several days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
