Other schools might accept that but UC Davis does not. Or at least, that is what Kim O'Bryan said when I communicated with her not long ago.

Lower division courses are any course taken at a junior college or community college or courses offered at the freshman and sophomore level at a four-year college or university regardless of the title or content of the course.

This course is required to demonstrate competence for practicum/laboratory courses as described in the progression policy of the Department of Nursing.
