In an effort to accommodate the wide array of student schedules and learning styles, Collin College provides blended and online credit courses. Blended learning courses require some on-campus time and offer the flexibility to incorporate distance learning with on-site instruction.
Typically, your hybrid course will meet 50 percent of the time in the classroom and 50 percent online. For example, 50 percent of the "contact hours"* of a hybrid will meet in class on one of the days of a Tuesday/Thursday or Monday/Wednesday weekly class schedule.
