The most important concept I learned in this course was how to conduct a needs assessment and knowing which assessment method to use and why. A needs assessment is finding the gap between a current result and a desired result.

I also find that the availability of having the book purchased via ebook was great because I did not have the purchase an expensive book that I would only use for 10 weeks. The parts I have read are marked up like crazy so I won¡¦t be re-reading anything. I don¡¦t have a car and am in the reserves so I wan¡¦t able to attend the fieldtrips and had to work on some of those weekends anyway. I guess some extra credit that didn¡¦t require driving far away would have been nice.
Apr 07, 2016 · The answer to this question is kind of funny. Not funny in the “haha” kind of way but in the “interesting” kind of way. I think the most important aspect of this class was not so much learning about the basics-ARM, AI, etc, but rather obtaining the introduction on how to try to best interact with others via an online medium.
