The UCs want to encourage you to apply during the regular application cycle even if you do not have TAG. Intercampus transfers should complete major prerequisites for their major at the UCs where they want to transfer (not their current UC campus).
UC San Diego accepts transfer students at the junior level only. If an applicant has only completed lower-division coursework, and all community college coursework is considered lower-division, there is no danger of being in senior-standing.
Generally, CSU campuses urge transfer students to complete all lower-division general education and pre-major courses prior to transferring. Not necessarily, unless it is an emergency. However, your student may be able to grant you access via specific release forms. Questions about medical records should be directed to the Campus Health Center and questions about counseling records should be directed to the Counseling Center.
You can drop classes via R’Web through the add/drop period. This removes the course from your student record and it refunds you the student technology course material fee and any additional course material fee associated with that course. After the add/drop period concludes you can only withdraw from a course.
