If you access the plugin for the first time, you will see this lightbox, where you can either select the page on which all of your courses will be displayed, or you can create a new page to be your course index:

Moving forward, in the Apprentice Dashboard, in the left sidebar, go to the "Courses" section:

Save and Publish the Course

Once you have been through all the steps mentioned above, mandatory or not, you can go ahead and save your course using the "Save" button from the bottom right part of the page:

So, in order to add more topics in which you can include your courses, you can do one of the following:

In both cases, the Course Topics page will open​, with all of your course topics listed. Again, if this is the first course that you are creating, your only available topic will be the "General" topic.
