Employers have a legal obligation to maintain a workplace that is free of sexual harassment. The EEOC conducted more than 1,000 outreach events for over 115,000 employees and employers. They developed new trainings and materials to teach people what to do if they are being harassed, and to teach employers how to prevent and respond to workplace harassment.
