First, go to “Users->Enrolled Users”, located in the “Settings” area of the course. From here, you may select a user by their checkbox, and remove them, confirming the removal after selecting it.

Have you removed bootstrapbase at some point? - or changed it? as I presume it was there at some point as Clean says it is already installed, so bootstrapbase must have been there when Clean was installed, and now has been removed or changed in some way that the plugins code is declaring that it is not present and the dependencies are failing for that as well as for your new Essential theme.
Unfortunately I have had to make the decision to cease development of Aardvark to focus on other commitments. The Aardvark project started in 2008 after a focus group with students led the development of our somewhat basic and neglected installation of Moodle into a (at the time) modern and engaging platform.
Getting started. From your Moodle theme directory right click on the clean theme and then copy and paste back into your Moodle theme directory. You should now have a folder called Copy of clean.If you right click this folder you are given the option to Rename it. So rename this folder to your choosen theme name, using only lower case letters, and if needed, underscores.

Administrators can suspend user accounts, meaning the student cannot access any courses, by editing the profile and checking the "Suspended account" box.
In addition, users with the appropriate permission can unenrol themself from a course .
Suspended users are no longer able to access any of their courses on Moodle but their data is preserved, so it is possible for them to return to their course at a later time. This might be useful for example, for keeping safe the work of students who have left the establishment but whose data might be needed for inspection in future years. Suspended users currently still appear in the gradebook but a teacher can select in their Grader report preferences to show only active users or all users (including suspended users).
