Course Repeats with Grade Forgiveness. Undergraduate students may repeat a maximum of 16 units at Cal Poly for purposes of improving their GPA. Grades of C- or lower are eligible for grade forgiveness. If the second Cal Poly grade is equal to or higher than the first, then it replaces the first grade.
