It is possible to copy a course evaluation from another course or previous semester by setting up the original course evaluation as a "template." To create a course evaluation template, go to the original course, click on the questionnaire, then click on Gear Icon (top right of page) → Advanced Settings, and set the “Questionnaire Type” to “Template”. You can then create another survey and make a copy of the original template questionnaire. Go to the new course, add a new questionnaire, and select the original questionnaire template from the Content Options → Use template section.
I am trying to set up a course evaluation hub for administrators to view course evaluations from all the courses offered within our Moodle setup. What would you suggest? I need to have these course evaluations aggregated automatically in one location for review.
You're definitely on the right track! We setup something similar at our school. Ive created a metacourse, lets say > 'Evaluation 2007' & created a series of 'feedback' evaluations organised by subject, year in respective sections of this metacourse. All students are automatically enrolled.
