Follow these steps to unenroll students from your course located on Evolve yourself:
To be able to enroll into an Evolve Course, obtain a Course ID from your Instructor. A Course ID has the following format: 12345_ [Instructor’s Username]_1001. Go to the Students Welcome page and login to Evolve. Enter your course ID in the designated field under the section ‘Redeem an Access Code or Enter an Evolve Course ID’ and click ‘Submit’ .
Next to the course you want to unenroll from, click the three dots to open the menu. Choose Leave Course. You won't be able to unenroll from a course if:
Enter your course ID in the designated field under the section ‘Redeem an Access Code or Enter an Evolve Course ID’ and click ‘Submit’ . After a short period, a confirmation of enrollment screen will appear.
If you unenroll from the verified track of a course within the refund eligibility period, within 14 days after payment or within the first 14 days of the course, whichever comes last, you are unenrolled from the course and automatically receive a refund for your course payment.
If you decide not to finish a course, you can unenroll.
Your personalized deadlines will disappear. If you re-enroll in the course, you'll get new personalized deadlines based on the day you re-enroll.
You can also unenroll from a Specialization.
To unenroll from a course, follow these steps: 1. Visit your edX dashboard at https://courses.edx.org/dashboard. 2. On the Courses page of the dashboard, find the course that you want to unenroll from. 3. Select the Settings 'gear' icon next to the View Course or View Archived Course button.
Unenrolling and Refunds. If you unenroll from the verified track of a course within the refund eligibility period, within 14 days after payment or within the first 14 days of the course, whichever comes last*, you are unenrolled from the course and automatically receive a refund for your course payment. * (Up to 180 days after your payment maximum)
If you unenroll from the verified track of a course AFTER the refund eligibility period has passed, you are unenrolled, but will not receive a refund. If you have earned a certificate the unenroll option will not be available and we are unable to provide a refund.
In courses that were purchased as part of a program bundle, you will have the ability to change course sessions in addition to unenrolling for a refund. For these courses, if the refund eligibility period has passed (meaning that you will not receive a refund), the unenroll option is not available.
If you decide not to complete a Specialization, you can unenroll.
You will still be enrolled in any courses that you enrolled in separately for a Course Certificate. Work you've completed in those courses will be saved.
