Backup your courses from the old Moodle. Moodle provides two ways of backing up your courses. You can do this individually or by scheduling an Automated course backup which will backup all of your courses in one shot which can be a real time-saver if you have many.

I’m in the process of restoring courses and it is taking forever (2hrs and counting) to upload a 200mb file. It’s not a host or ISP issue, is this normal through file picker and do you know of an effective work around?
