Students are given a maximum of 18 weeks to complete a one-half credit course during fall and spring semesters. Courses can be completed prior to the 18 weeks. During a Summer School session, students have a maximum of 8 weeks to complete a one-half credit course.
Often times the tutorials will ask you to complete some kind of activity or check point. Do not spend a lot of time on these since they are not graded.
For your youngest learners in kindergarten and 1st grade, assessments are about 30 questions, requiring 15–25 minutes to complete. For more mature learners in 2nd through 8th grade, assessments are about 45–50 questions, requiring 30–60 minutes to complete.Jul 20, 2017

PLATO offers non-credit, participatory courses meant for seniors who want to continue learning, sharing and making new friends. The content and format of PLATO courses are determined by volunteer Course Coordinators and course participants. Any PLATO member can propose and coordinate a course.
Once you login to Edmentum you will arrive at what is referred to as the “Sensei” dashboard. An overview of this dashboard can be found by clicking “Help Center – Sensei Overview” on the right when logged in as a teacher. From this area you can see student Alerts, Unlock mastery tests, and view student progress.
A minimum 80% score is required for each mastery test.
If the student is unable to complete the test in one sitting, you are responsible for contacting the Academy Support team to have the test locked until a later time for them to finish. You agree to ensure the student has submitted the test for grading before departure.

3. On the day of the exam, when the student is ready to begin, the proctor should call 866-890-8153 between the hours of 7:00am – 6:00pm CST (Monday – Friday) to have the exam activated. The student should allot 1 hour and 30 minutes for the pre-assessment and mid-terms and 2 hours to complete the final exam.
Guided notes are instructor-prepared handouts that provide students with background information and standard cues with specific spaces to write key facts, concepts, and/or relationships during the lecture.
