As an instructor, you can copy a module item in a course directly into another course in which you are enrolled. You can also send a module item to other instructors at your institution as well as copy an entire course module into another course.
You can duplicate an assignment in your course. When an assignment is duplicated, the word Copy is added to the end of the assignment name. Duplicating an assignment defaults the copied assignment to an unpublished status.

“Copy to…” provides a simple way for instructors to share a single content item from course to course without having to use the course import process. Content can only be shared to courses in which the user is listed as an instructor.
The Shared (or Received) Content area allows the recipient to review the shared content by providing the title of the content item, the type of content, the sender, and the send time.
You cannot share content from course to course or with another instructor from the modules area.
Quizzes that contain questions from a question bank should not be shared. While the quiz will technically be shared properly with the other course or user, the question bank will not be copied and therefore any questions that “live” in the bank will not appear in the copied version of the quiz.
Notes: To share course content, you must have the Course Content - add / edit / delete permission enabled. Shared content does not count against course or user quotas. You can use the Send to feature to send course content to yourself.
